Cancellation Policy

At LVPads.com, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and hosts, while protecting the integrity of our booking calendar.
Standard Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund: Guests may cancel for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made 14 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the nightly rate (excluding fees).
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.
- Early Departure: No refunds will be issued for unused nights after check-in.
Non-Refundable Reservations
Some promotional or discounted rates may be offered as non-refundable. These rates are not eligible for a refund regardless of cancellation timing. This will be clearly noted during the booking process.
Modifying Your Reservation
Changes to check-in or check-out dates must be requested at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival. All changes are subject to availability and current pricing.
Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances
If your stay is affected by events beyond your control—such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or health emergencies—please contact us immediately. LVPads reserves the right to assess refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis under these circumstances.

Refund Timelines
Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of confirmation of cancellation.
